B combined consumption state, also known as the B state i.e. the fuel consumption: fuel consumption-free energy conversion.

The formula is: C2 = C · (De + Dav) / Dav

C: Integrated fuel consumption in liters / 100 km.

C2: Under Condition B the measured fuel consumption in liters / 100 km. B conditions: condition when the power is below a certain point after engine start.

De: measured in accordance with the process of mileage in electric mode, in units of km.

Dav: 25km fixed value, when the meaning of the battery power, the engine is started to travel to reach a charging station with a length of 25Km.
